The Deaf Ministry has over the years been an essential vehicle for integrating the deaf with the hearing as they participate in the various programmes of our church to include the Christian Education Programme – Sunday School – as well as our Music Ministry – Choir’s Christmas Cantatas. These inclusions have provided them the opportunity to embrace a sense of community and belonging and to grow in their faith. The ministry also facilitates translation to the hearing impaired at services and other church events.
This ministry aligns with the church’s mission, and at least three of its six core pillars (evangelism, and fellowship and member care, and the Word of God).
